RadoNorm Training Course on Career Management and Perspectives in Radiation Protection

The RadoNorm early career researchers’ council (ECRC) organised a course focused on career management and perspectives in radiation protection. Held over four days from 8th to 11th April, the event took place in picturesque Prague, hosted by the Czech National Radiation Protection Institute (SURO). Attendees engaged in interactive sessions with experts delving into the diverse career trajectories within the field. Speakers also discussed and shared insights on useful career development skills like data visualisation, time and stress management, job-related social media, and the use of AI in research. The course concluded with a feedback session and a tour around Prague’s landmarks.
