Coordination, Management and Administration
BfS, Germany
Objectives
Work package 1 specifically addresses the overall consortium coordination, management, and administration. By controlling measures it will ensure that the project meets all of the performance goals, forwards the project deliverables in time and on budget by efficient coordination and decision-making, by fluent day-to-day management including flow of information and by efficient administration of the project budgets.
This implies
- To lead RadoNorm to its proposed and planned scientific, organisational and financial achievements
- To set up and run the project decision-making bodies and controlling instruments
- To monitor and ensure that the project objectives are met with high quality, in time and within the approved budget
To provide requested reports and other Grant Agreement requirements.
Project controlling may be supported by the RadoNorm Advisory Board (AB) on request by the coordinator.
In addition, all research involving living human participants and the collection and/or study of data derived from living human participants undertaken by RadoNorm, depending on national legislation, may require ethical approval to ensure compliance with general ethical principles and standards. Compliance with national legal provisions and multinational coordination may require the establishment of a RadoNorm Research Ethics Committee (REC).
