WP7

Objectives

• To organise the timely recruitment of PhD students and PostDocs to participate in work packages 2 to 6 of the RadoNorm project.
• To monitor and support the progress of PhD and PostDoc projects through regular web-based meetings and dedicated PhD and early carrier scientist sessions during the annual RadoNorm meetings.
• To organise and sponsor exchange visits of early career RadoNorm project partners to promote specialised skills.
• To organise and sponsor targeted courses to promote skills and competence of PhD students and early career researchers/professionals (both for RadoNorm partners and non-partners) in the field of radiation protection research.
