J. Kenens addressing the NEA Forum on Stakeholder Confidence (FSC) national workshop in Belgium last Friday. She presented the topic of citizen science as a potential way to involve youth in radioactive waste management, and used the RadoNorm citizen science activities in Hungary as an illustrative case. The Forum on Stakeholder Confidence (FSC) was established by the NEA Radioactive Waste Management Committee (RWMC) in 2000 and serves as a platform for understanding stakeholder dialogue and discussing methods to develop shared confidence, informed consent and approval of radioactive waste management solutions.
