Several Early Career Researchers (ECRs) in RadoNorm are organising a networking event under the ECRad umbrella (a network connecting European initiatives for young and early career researchers and professionals in radiation protection) at the European Radiation Protection Week 2024 in Rome, Italy. The half-day event on Friday, 15th November 2024 offers the possibility to network with peers and experienced professionals from all backgrounds of radiation protection. Attendees will gain valuable insights and practical advice on various career paths, mentorship, and job opportunities within radiation protection. The event will also focus on developing essential soft skills and expanding knowledge, which are crucial for career advancement. It is foreseen that the event will be financially supported by PIANOFORTE.

Please visit the ERPW website under satellite meetings for more details on the programme and registration.
