The 2nd Annual Meeting will take place from 5^th to 7^th October 2022 in Munich on the premises of the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS) Munich and the Helmholtz Zentrum München (HMGU). It will involve the gathering of project partners to discuss the progress made and future perspectives.

Internal task- and work-package-related meetings will take place on the 5^th. The following two days will feature scientific talks based on three topics:

• Measurements
• Risks and health effects
• Remediation / Mitigation

Participants would not only be comprised of RadoNorm consortium members, but also stakeholders and members of the advisory board. There will be a stakeholder discussion featuring various panellists to end the meeting.

Registration for in-person participants
Self-registration will be at the Main Gate of the BfS / Helmholtz Zentrum premises from 8.30 am on Wednesday (5^th) and 8.30 – 9.00 am on Thursday (6^th). See campus map below.

Arrival
From central station (HBF): Take the U2 underground rail (direction Feldmoching) to Am Hart (ca. 10 min). Get on either bus 294 or 295 (direction Oberschleissheim or Garching) to Helmholtz-Zentrum (ca. 8 min).

From Munich airport: Take the S1 train (direction Ostbahnhof) to Oberschleissheim (ca. 23 min). Get on bus 295 (direction Am Hart) to Helmholtz-Zentrum (ca. 12 min).

Accommodation
The 2^nd AM will be taking place right after the Munich Oktoberfest and in parallel with a large international trade fair.
Therefore hotel prices are already increasing fast and rooms might be in short supply.
