RadoNorm Course “From Radon Measurement to Optimized Mitigation”

This course organised by Czech National Radiation Protection Institute (SURO) together with the Czech Technical University (CTU) will be held at the premises of SURO in Prague, Czech Republic, on 5th to 16th May 2025. This course offers participants knowledge in designing radon measurement campaigns with the objective of identifying radon sources indoors and sharing the results with civil engineers undertaking mitigation. The course will build an understanding of the functionality of radon preventive measures and remedial actions from the point of view of the technical state of the building and the presence of radon sources.

Attendance is limited to 12 participants. For applications, please send in a filled-out application form to Katerina Rovenska (katerina.rovenska@suro.cz) by the deadline of 28th February 2025.
