The network of RadoNorm citizen science projects was launched after the first on-line meeting on Thursday 15 June 2023. The six RadoNorm citizen science projects selected out of 19 proposals for funding include, OCRA in Italy, AHSRadon Hunt in Poland, RadAR in Portugal, RadonGPS in Slovakia, RadoNorm-SLO in Slovenia and RADOHOW in Spain. The primary objective of the meeting was twofold: firstly, to extend a warm welcome to the six citizen science projects joining RadoNorm, facilitating the creation of a network where they can learn from each other, share ideas and exchange experiences; and secondly, to foster collaboration, mutual support and knowledge exchange between RadoNorm researchers and the citizen science projects, encouraging the sharing of insights and expertise.

We are looking forward to the launch of the six citizen science projects from September 2023!

You can read more about the specifics of each project on the website and follow @RadoNorm on Twitter and LinkedIn.
