This video, realized by CSTB and supported by French Health Ministry and the European Radon Association (ERA), is in line with some objectives of RadoNorm project and more particularly WP5 (Mitigation) activities. It presents the principles of building protection against radon from the ground, and how a technical diagnosis of the building will facilitate the design and implementation of effective corrective actions.

The objectives are to spread information on building protection procedures and to put an emphasis on optimization of the approaches applied in existing buildings in order to diminish indoor exposure of occupants.
