RadoNorm represented at ‘The 1st Conference Radon in the Slovak Republic’

Peter Mihók from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (UMB) represented WP6 at ‘The 1st Conference Radon in the Slovak Republic’ which took place in Banská Bystrica (Slovakia) on 29 – 31 May 2023. In an oral presentation titled “Activities of UMB Banská Bystrica in the RadoNorm project”, he briefly introduced the RadoNorm project, explained that this project’s activities in Slovakia are limited to research in Social Sciences and Humanities and presented the main results of his desk research concerning radon spas. The conference was organised by the Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic and the Regional Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic in Banská Bystrica in cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the civic association NatuRadon.
