Doctoral and postdoctoral researchers from all work packages have participated in the third RadoNorm annual meeting organized in Ustroń, Poland. In addition to taking part in the internal meetings, Early career researchers (ECRs) gave presentations at the three scientific sessions on health, environment, and society and radiological protection. The ECR Council also held elections for the positions of chair, scientific secretary, and work package representatives as well as drafting a plan for a course next year in Spring. The annual meeting concluded with the ECR council panel discussion in which junior and senior radiation RadoNorm researchers discussed the challenges and career prospectives in the field of radiation protection.
