Applications are open for a vacancy at BfS, Germany in the field of radon metrology. The position as a physicist will be to support work in WP2 of RadoNorm. Tasks include designing and commissioning of a reference measuring device for the measurands Rn-220 activity concentration and the PAEC of the Rn-220 progeny and their traceability to national and international standards, deriving suitable measures for quality assurance, and intercomparison with international metrological institutes.
